Senior Engineering Manager - Cloudforce One

Обязанности
- 01Lead a team of high-performing engineers to build and scale the Cloudforce One Threat Events platform, external Threat Intel APIs, and backend systems that integrate Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) into products like WAF and Gateway for automated mitigation.
- 02Lead hiring efforts to expand engineering capabilities for next-generation agentic threat intelligence tools.
- 03Be responsible for the architectural direction and operational excellence of the team's services, ensuring intelligence platforms meet latency and reliability requirements for Enterprise security operations.
- 04Drive professional development of direct reports and collaborate with product managers and security researchers to turn complex threat data into intuitive, automated customer experiences.
- 05Deliver scalable distributed systems, manage complex data pipelines, and lead teams through transition from "getting things done" to building world-class, reliable products.
- 06Provide flexibility to be on-call outside standard working hours to address technical issues as needed.

- 01Experience with AI-assisted development and agentic AI workflows.
- 02Prior experience building high-performance APIs or platforms for threat intelligence, security operations, or large-scale data analytics.
- 038+ years of Software Development experience, with a focus on Go, JavaScript, or distributed systems.
- 04Led high-performing engineering teams for over 8 years, responsible for architectural direction and operational excellence of large-scale distributed security platforms (e.g., Threat Intel APIs, automated mitigation systems).
- 05Proven ability to manage technical debt, drive professional development through strong mentorship, and excel at planning and execution to deliver predictable, world-class products in a high-growth environment.
- 06Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing technical debt in a high-growth environment.
- 07Understanding of the Cyber Kill Chain and how to automate the ingestion and distribution of IOCs (IPs, domains, hashes, JA3/4 fingerprints).
- 08Experience with edge computing (e.g., Workers), SQL-at-the-edge (D1/SQLite), and building systems that scale to handle trillions of signals.
- 09Excel at planning and execution to deliver predictable, reliable features for security teams.
- 10Strong mentorship and coaching skills to support the career growth of engineers in a specialized security engineering domain.
