- 01Contribute to ongoing technical projects involving gathering and analyzing partner and customer feedback
- 02Build agentic AI projects and automated listening posts to gather partner and customer feedback
- 03Report and summarize results to enhance partners' and customers' journeys
- 04Build and operate agentic AI workflows that automatically analyze customer and partner feedback
- 05Update current Workato recipes and build new Workato recipes to facilitate listening posts
- 06Collaborate with the team to analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback from various channels
- 07Assist in identifying areas for improvement based on customer feedback
- 08Support ongoing experience team projects by creating enablement and listening posts
- 09Assist in the development and implementation of reporting and analytical models
- 10Communicate findings and insights to cross-functional teams
- 11Prepare reports and presentations to stakeholders
- 12Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in agentic AI, text analytics, and customer experience management

- 01Build Workflow Automation: Using Workato, design and implement basic automated workflows that allow us to conduct listening posts at set points in our customers' and partners' journeys
- 02Agent Building: Design and deploy AI agents that can autonomously execute multi-step tasks, including feedback collection, analysis, and reporting workflows
- 03AI Prompting: Ability to craft effective prompts for large language models to extract insights, generate summaries, classify feedback, and produce structured outputs reliably
- 04MCP Server Building: Experience or strong interest in building Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to connect AI models to internal tools, data sources, and business systems
- 05Agentic, Automation, and Integration Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across agentic AI workflows, Workato recipes, and third-party integrations — with a methodical approach to root cause analysis
- 06Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and use resources to explore new approaches
- 07Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile development environments, participating in sprint planning, and delivering automation and integration solutions iteratively
- 08Documentation and Testing: Proficiency in documenting processes, creating test cases, and conducting thorough testing to ensure the reliability and scalability of solutions
- 09Monitoring and Performance Optimization: Ability to monitor automated workflows, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize integration processes for efficiency and scalability
- 10Customer-oriented mindset: Must possess a customer-centric perspective and the ability to understand and empathize with our customers’ and partners’ journeys
- 11Meticulous attention to detail: to ensure the accuracy of workflows, extracted data, and the quality of its insights
- 12Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills that enable effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
