Senior Product Manager
Remote - Canada
Обязанности
- 01Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key product area (fuel cost optimization, fleet efficiency, energy management, or operational cost intelligence)
- 02Translate Samsara's operational data (telematics, fuel consumption, idling, routing, vehicle health) into products that help customers reduce costs and improve fleet performance
- 03Run deep discovery with fleet owners, fuel managers, operations leaders, and finance teams
- 04Prototype and design MVPs (clickable flows, working demos, rough cuts, often AI-assisted) to pressure-test ideas with customers
- 05Ship end-to-end experiences with design, engineering, and data science - from backend pipelines and partner integrations to dashboards and mobile surfaces
- 06Define success metrics, build business cases for new initiatives, and drive a continuous cycle of experimentation and iteration
Требования
- 015+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping products used by real customers at scale
- 02Experience designing, prototyping, or building products and driving cross-functional launches end to end
- 03Hands-on with data: ability to find needed data, build measurement systems, define KPIs, and work with data science
- 04Strong customer-research instincts and ability to turn learnings into strategy
- 05Excellent communication skills; able to align cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, marketing, legal, GTM)
- 06Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

- 02Base pay varies depending on city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
