Employee Benefits Specialist

- 01Consolidate benefit expense data from multiple countries and source teams into a structured and standardized format
- 02Validate submitted data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with operational standards
- 03Execute required calculations and transformations to convert validated data into payroll-ready outputs
- 04Verify, process, and reconcile benefit expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- 05Support, improve, and streamline processes for collecting and managing employee benefit expenses
- 06Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness in benefit expense administration
- 07Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- 08Work closely with payroll and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration and processing of benefit-related data
- 09Ensure consistent adherence to established processes while identifying gaps and proposing improvements
- 10Participate in initiatives to reduce manual processing efforts and enable future automation
- 11Collaborate with country benefit points of contact and local HR, Accounting, Tax, and other teams
- 12Act as a point of contact for operational questions related to data processing and submission requirements
- 13Support issue resolution by clearly communicating requirements and feedback to stakeholders
Требования
- 01A bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business administration, or another related field
- 02Experience in benefit administration, finance operations, payroll support, or a similar role
- 03An understanding of employee benefits, regulations, data flows, and tax and compliance requirements
- 04Proficiency in Excel
- 05Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- 06Strong communication skills and the ability to work across international teams
- 07Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
