Compensation and Benefits Specialist / Partner

  • 01Participate in the strategic development of benefits, retirement, and well-being strategy on a global scale
  • 02Lead the hands-on implementation and management of new benefit programs and plan design changes
  • 03Design and handle the end-to-end process for benefits updates including initiation, data validation, approval flows, and budget allocation
  • 04Analyze program use, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve effectiveness
  • 05Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, and consultants to ensure plan compliance
  • 06Streamline and handle the process of determining compensation conditions for employees in new locations
  • 07Manage pro-rata bonus calculations ensuring tax compliance
  • 08Oversee compensation policies for relocating external candidates
  • 09Research legal and tax requirements for cross-border talent movement
  • 10Model costs related to relocation and labor laws
  • 11Act as strategic partner to Sales Organization supporting job grading and job architecture maintenance
  • 12Design and oversee sales incentive plans
  • 13Conduct market benchmarking and cost estimations for sales compensation
  • 14Design and implement corporate recognition programs
  • 15Administer recognition programs involving different parties and communication activities

Требования

  • 01Minimum of five years experience in benefits, compensation, or HR operations within multinational/global organization
  • 02Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent professional experience
  • 03Proven experience designing and handling global benefits and mobility processes
  • 04In-depth knowledge of EMEA benefit plan laws and international mobility regulations
  • 05Solid understanding of compensation fundamentals including benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, and incentive plan administration
  • 06Prior experience managing outsourced vendors and building relations with works councils or unions
  • 07Hands-on experience with calculation and payout of bonuses
