- 01Own the technical direction for your team’s domain, driving architecture decisions and ensuring scalable, high-quality systems that serve millions of creators
- 02Build, coach, and grow a team of engineers — hiring strong talent, running effective performance cycles, and creating a culture where people do their best work
- 03Partner with product management, design, and data science to define roadmaps, scope projects, and ship features that move the needle
- 04Navigate the full development lifecycle from ideation through launch, managing tradeoffs and removing blockers so your team stays focused and shipping
- 05Champion engineering craft across your team — code quality, robust testing, and the right balance of rapid iteration with long-term maintainability
- 06Contribute to Suno’s mission of making creative fulfillment a daily reality for everyone by delivering the tools and platform that turn imagination into music
Требования
- 015–7 years managing a software engineering team, with a track record of shipping impactful consumer products
- 02Strong technical foundation — you can review code, guide architectural decisions, and jump into the codebase when needed
- 03Experience translating ambiguous problems into clear plans and shipped features alongside product, design, and data science partners
- 04A demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain strong engineers — you care deeply about growing people’s careers
- 05Hands-on experience building and operating systems at scale in a production environment
- 06Comfort thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while keeping your team focused across multiple priorities
- 07Forward-looking perspective on integrating AI and agentic coding into production engineering workflows
- 08A love of music (listening, exploring, making — we’re not picky about genre)
- 09Experience at a consumer tech or creator-platform company
- 10Time spent at both larger organizations and smaller, high-growth startups
- 11Familiarity with AI/ML-powered product development
- 12Working knowledge of Python, TypeScript, consumer media systems, or real-time systems
- 13Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S
