Engineering Manager, Trust & Safety

Обязанности
- 01Manage, develop, and grow a team of Trust & Safety engineers
- 02Own the technical direction for bot detection, content moderation, anomaly detection, and fraud prevention systems
- 03Drive the design and evolution of data pipelines that power detection and enforcement at scale
- 04Oversee the development of internal tools and dashboards for Trust & Safety operations and investigations
- 05Partner with product, engineering, legal, and finance leaders to define Suno's Trust & Safety roadmap and coordinate cross-team execution
- 06Analyze emerging attack vectors and adapt detection strategies to stay ahead of adversarial behavior
- 07Ensure high code quality, robust testing, and scalable architecture while balancing rapid iteration with long-term maintainability
Требования
- 014+ years managing an engineering team focused on Trust & Safety, fraud detection, content moderation, or a related domain
- 02Strong technical foundation in Python and SQL, with the ability to review code, guide architectural decisions, and jump into the codebase when needed
- 03Experience with data engineering pipelines (Dagster, Airflow, or similar) and analytical databases (Snowflake preferred)
- 04Understanding of anomaly detection techniques, anti-abuse strategies, bot detection, and content moderation systems
- 05Experience building and operating real-time systems and event-driven architectures
- 06Excel at both technical leadership and people management
- 07Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining team focus
- 08A love of music (listening, exploring, making)
