Обязанности
- 01Build comprehensive frameworks for understanding how users discover and engage with content and each other and design experiments to improve these experiences
- 02Shape the analytical approach for our emerging social experiences, helping define what healthy social engagement looks like on a music platform and how to measure it
- 03Develop deep understanding of creator and artist success which will drive our creator programs and incentives
- 04Surface insights that connect content, social, and creator dynamics
- 05Collaborate closely with product, business, and music functions
- 06Contribute to building strong data foundations as part of our awesome data science team
Требования
- 015+ years experience in data science roles, ideally with experience in content platforms, social products, or creator ecosystems
- 02Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- 03Experience designing and running experiments, with ability to derive clear insights and make strategic recommendations
- 04Strategic thinking about content ecosystems and platform health
- 05Excellent communication and collaboration
- 06A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, eagerness to wear multiple hats, and passion for continuous learning
- 07Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
