Обязанности
- 01Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle—from deployment through activation, making sure customers are successful using Devin
- 02Work closely with customers to understand their technical challenges and identify the best use cases for Devin
- 03Build deep relationships with customers’ engineering teams to ensure smooth product integration and adoption
- 04Listen to customer feedback, implement requested features, and advocate for customer needs
- 05Act as the customer oracle, using product instincts to help set the roadmap
Требования
- 01Degree in a STEM field
- 02Proven track record of successful enterprise deployments in previous GTM or forward deployed engineering roles
- 03Excellent communication skills and ability to discuss complex technical topics with customers at all levels
- 04Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments and quickly expand scope and responsibility
- 05Demonstrated exceptional ability to learn
