- 01Partner with stakeholders to create project level and portfolio level capital budgets for data center projects
- 02Prepare the annual budget and monthly forecasts, ensuring timely tracking, performance analysis, and communications
- 03Detail performance narratives and drive forecasting accuracy
- 04Act as a primary Finance liaison to cross-functional peers to align operational realities with corporate planning and liquidity forecasts
- 05Support Real Estate investment team by reviewing and maintaining project models for capital allocation decisions
- 06Analyze impact of equity, debt or joint‑venture funding levers on capital structures, dilution and liquidity
- 07Translate financial and operational data into high‑quality monthly and quarterly executive reports, Board materials, and investor updates
- 08Support the CFO organization with models, presentations, and diligence materials for debt and equity fundraising events
Требования
- 015+ years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, or corporate finance in a capital‑intensive environment
- 02Strong sector experience or knowledge within Data Center infrastructure and/or Real Estate
- 03Strong understanding of capital allocation frameworks
- 04Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and calculating return metrics such as IRR and MOIC
- 05Proven ability to drive process enhancements and improve reporting accuracy
- 06Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- 07High degree of professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and proactive attitude
- 08Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
