Обязанности

  • 01Assist in updating manufacturing floor layouts to improve material flow and ensure safe operator movements
  • 02Help perform time studies and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks
  • 03Assist in implementing process improvements to balance assembly lines
  • 04Support the tracking of key performance indicators, including First Pass Yield (FPY) and Overall Process Effectiveness (OPE)
  • 05Support Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) reviews by documenting feedback from the factory floor to help simplify assembly
  • 06Develop and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assembly instructions to ensure consistent quality
  • 07Assist in the identification and design of manufacturing aids, jigs, and fixtures to improve ergonomics and safety
  • 08Help resolve real-time manufacturing issues and participate in root cause analysis for process deviations

Требования

  • 01Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 020–2 years of experience; internship or senior project experience in a manufacturing or electromechanical environment is highly preferred
  • 03Basic proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software (such as SolidWorks or SketchUp) for layout and fixture design
  • 04Academic or practical exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, etc.)
  • 05Familiarity with metal fabrication, welding, or mechanical assembly processes
  • 06A first-principles approach to solving technical problems and a desire to work with data-driven analysis
  • 07Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8 hours or more daily to support floor operations
  • 08This is a safety-sensitive position; participation in a drug and alcohol program is required
