Обязанности
- 01Manage, mentor, and guide a team of technical trainers located in different facilities
- 02Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive technical training strategy for the entire company
- 03Lead the development and execution of efficient onboarding programs for all new hires
- 04Create and manage programs aimed at upskilling the existing workforce in areas such as electrical wiring, equipment operation, and quality control
- 05Supervise the development of all training materials, including video tutorials, written manuals, and hands-on exercises, ensuring consistency and quality across all facilities
- 06Implement and manage a system for assessing employee competency through practical tests and certifications
- 07Work closely with senior leadership, department managers, and engineers to identify company-wide skill gaps and align training programs with business objectives
- 08Use data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of all training programs, report on their impact on key business indicators like productivity, quality, and safety, and use this information to drive continuous improvement
Требования
- 01Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with direct experience supervising a team
- 02At least 7+ years of combined experience in a manufacturing environment and a dedicated training role
- 03Experience with fabrication, electrical assembly, or a related field is essential
- 04The ability to think beyond day-to-day training tasks and develop a scalable, long-term training strategy that supports company-wide growth
- 05Experience designing and implementing comprehensive training curricula for a large and diverse workforce
- 06Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to and influence both factory floor staff and senior leadership
- 07The ability to identify systemic training challenges and develop effective, data-driven solutions
