03Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs for electrical systems to ensure their long-term reliability and optimize performance
04Ensuring all electrical work complies with relevant codes and regulations, and conducting inspections to verify adherence to standards
05Interpreting complex electrical schematics and blueprints, and developing detailed plans for electrical projects
06Providing guidance and mentorship to other electricians, sharing your expertise and contributing to their professional development
07Promoting a strong safety culture within the team, ensuring adherence to all safety requirements and OSHA guidelines
08Managing electrical projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management

01A valid and current Master Electrician license
02Significant experience as a Journeyman and Master Electrician, demonstrating a deep understanding of electrical systems and best practices
03Advanced proficiency in using a wide variety of electrician tools, techniques, and testing equipment
04Comprehensive knowledge of relevant electrical codes and regulations
05Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and train other electricians with a strong sense of self accountability
06Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex electrical challenges
07Adhering to all safety requirements and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
08Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders
09Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and working in various positions
