Обязанности
- 01Create and diligently maintain the master production schedule to ensure continuous and efficient plant operations across multiple manufacturing locations
- 02Analyze resources, determine production rates and crunch data to ensure accurate resource allocated production schedules
- 03Create insightful scheduling reports to readily identify material shortages, potential customer shipment issues, and labor requirements
- 04Communicate the 3 week, and 12 week master schedule clearly and effectively with the Production Manager, Production schedulers and Project Managers
- 05Review the schedules and proactively identify potential workforce, materials, and shipping issues, communicating these to the leadership team
- 06Continuously monitor, identify, and manage areas for improvements to the overall scheduling process
- 07Proactively help identify critical paths, resolve resource conflicts, address material availability challenges, and troubleshoot manufacturing issues
- 08Interface with MRP data (currently acumatica) to incorporate production rates, material availability and project timelines into the master schedule
- 09Drive strong cross-departmental cooperation between the procurement, materials management, and production departments to ensure the accuracy of lead times, current inventories, and warehouse levels to optimize order fulfillment
Требования
- 01Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data analysis, manufacturing, business or related field
- 027+ years of demonstrable experience in production planning/scheduling
- 03Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills
- 04Ability to hard code into data programs such as google sheets using the Script application
- 05Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- 06Solid computer literacy in MS Office and Google products (specifically Excel/Sheets) with a strong ability to learn new software applications quickly
- 07Efficient in scheduling programs such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Monday.com or similar
- 08Experience with software related to schedule and demand planning, preferably with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- 09Eagerness to learn with strong listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- 10Highly motivated self-starter who consistently demonstrates professionalism and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- 11A strong team player who consistently demonstrates a positive attitude towards teammates and actively strives for continuous improvement in processes and delivery
- 12Proven manufacturing experience (ideally in metal or electrical manufacturing) with a solid understanding of material flow principles
- 13Requires the ability to lift, lower, push, and pull merchandise of all sizes up to 50 lbs
- 14Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily
- 15Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back
- 16This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility
- 17Drug and alcohol program participation is required
- 18Must be able to pass a background check
