01Master Scheduling: Create and maintain the production master schedule to ensure continuous, 24/7 plant operations.
02Project Alignment: Monitor customer orders and collaborate with Project Managers to align delivery expectations with real-time production capacity.
03Constraint Management: Identify critical paths and proactively resolve resource conflicts, material shortages, and manufacturing bottlenecks.
04Reporting & Analytics: Generate scheduling and materials reports to identify potential shipment issues, labor requirements, and inventory gaps.
05System Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data within the MRP system (Infor Visual Manufacturing).
06Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead daily, weekly, and monthly production review meetings with leadership, highlighting project status, delays, and workforce needs.
07Operational Cooperation: Drive collaboration between Procurement, Materials Management, and Production to ensure lead times and warehouse levels are accurate.
08Continuous Improvement: Monitor and manage the 90-day production outlook, identifying opportunities to refine the scheduling process and improve order fulfillment.

01Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
02Experience: 3–5 years of experience in production planning, preferably within metal or electrical manufacturing environments.
03Technical Skills: Solid computer literacy in MS Office and Google Workspace (specifically advanced Excel/Sheets); ability to learn new software quickly.
04System Knowledge: Experience with MRP/ERP software (Oracle, SAP, SAGE, or Infor) is highly preferred.
05Industry Understanding: Strong understanding of material flows and manufacturing processes.
06Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk/bend for 8 hours or more daily.
07Safety and Compliance: This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required. Must be able to pass a background check.
