Electrical Field Engineer - Data Center

Обязанности
- 01Support the on-site installation, quality assurance, functional checkout, testing, and commissioning of critical electrical infrastructure
- 02Monitor the deployment of advanced power backup and conditioning systems, including medium voltage UPS, backup generators, and BESS
- 03Support and direct involvement in substation protection system management
- 04Technical support for RFI process
- 05Technical support for temporary power and electrical switching
- 06Track construction progress against project milestones and ensure adherence to Basis of Design and engineering specifications
- 07Support rapid resolution of RFIs and Field Engineering Directives between the contractors and the internal design team
- 08Own critical lessons learned and field service bulletins that have design ramifications
- 09Support all levels 1-5 of commissioning activities in partnership with Crusoe’s Cx team, reviewing commissioning documents
- 10Be an electrical safety champion in partnership with Crusoe’s construction partners
Требования
- 01Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- 025+ years of experience in mission-critical environments supporting construction and/or operations
- 03Deep practical understanding of electrical power distribution equipment assembly and installation
- 04Hands-on experience with on site construction and partnering with third-party general contractors and electrical subcontractors
- 05Strong project management skills to assist in monitoring schedules, spotting bottlenecks, and driving on time completion
- 06Ability to troubleshoot complex field installation issues and implement practical, code-compliant solutions on the fly
- 07Flexibility to travel frequently or reside near assigned project site - minimum of 50% of time on site
