Field Services Manager - Mission Critical

Обязанности

01Lead and coordinate field support groups in the installation, start-up, and commissioning of power distribution equipment
02Handle field deficiency remediation and warranty resolutions
03Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to address quality/warranty concerns and implement engineering change requests in the field
04Interpret complex electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and power studies to ensure installed equipment is configured to precise specifications
05Develop KPI, PI programs along with field checklists associated with L2 and L3 Cx test scripts
06Oversee the use of specialized electrical test equipment to diagnose, program, and repair electro-mechanical assemblies
07Establish rigorous tracking for all material entering and leaving warehouse locations
08Lead cycle counts and manage receivers for all deliveries
09Maintain an effective coordinated calendar for all logistic activities to and from the field
10Strictly enforce company and site-specific safety regulations
11Ensure all field support units maintain a safe and tidy work environment
12Ensure the completion of detailed field technical reports, safety documents, and quality findings within the Company Maintenance Management System

01Minimum of 5 years in construction support operations or electrical/mechanical field services
02Deep knowledge of power distribution equipment
032-year Technical Degree or Associate degree preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant training
04Expert ability to read and interpret technical drawings, service manuals, and Bills of Material
05Proficient in MS Office and mobile data entry
06Ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership while remaining hands-on with field teams
07Exceptional communication and organizational skills
08Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs
09Valid driver’s license and ability to travel needed
10Drug and alcohol program participation is required
