Обязанности
- 01Manage and mentor a team of Commissioning Managers and Engineers, providing direction, support, and professional development across multiple concurrent projects
- 02Oversee commissioning execution across your portfolio of data center builds, expansions, and retrofits, holding the team accountable to schedule, quality, and scope
- 03Implement and uphold Crusoe's commissioning standards, templates, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across all projects
- 04Oversee third-party commissioning agents and ensure your team is coordinating effectively with design, construction, and operations stakeholders from pre-functional testing through turnover
- 05Review and approve commissioning documentation including test procedures, scripts, MOPs, and acceptance criteria
- 06Ensure integrated system testing and reliability demonstrations for critical MEP, and BMS/EPMS infrastructure are planned and executed to standard
- 07Track and report on commissioning progress, milestones, and risks across your portfolio, escalating issues to the Director of Commissioning as needed
- 08Capture and communicate lessons learned to support continuous improvement of commissioning processes and reduce time-to-market
- 09Ensure safety, compliance, and quality control are enforced at every stage of the commissioning lifecycle
Требования
- 0110+ years of experience in commissioning data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure
- 025+ years of leadership experience managing commissioning teams or programs
- 03Strong understanding of MEP systems, controls integration (BMS/EPMS), and commissioning best practices
- 04Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different stages of design and construction
- 05Experience coordinating with general contractors, OEMs, and third-party commissioning firms
- 06Strong organizational and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and data-driven approach to execution
- 07Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline (PE license or CxA certification a plus)
- 08Willingness to travel to project sites as required (50% travel)
