- 02Executing experiments and A/B tests to choose the best possible solution
- 03Collaborating with Product and Design teams to identify and ideate on opportunities
- 04Mentoring other software engineers and helping them grow
- 05Designing & developing a scalable growth platform
- 06Working with a wide range of teams to deliver a solid growth foundation
- 07Improving engineering quality, processes and tooling
- 08Helping define the team roadmap
Требования
- 01Passion about delivering the best UX to diverse sets of users in various industries (engineers, marketers, merchandisers, etc.)
- 02Mindset to take data driven decisions and analysing impact of the changes you introduce
- 03Experience with event driven infrastructure in GCP or AWS
- 04Experience with a server-side typed or untyped language
- 05Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS – this role is fullstack, we expect engineers to be able to ship across the stack
Условия
- 01Base Salary Pay Range $163,100 — $215,000 USD
- 02FLEXIBLE WORKPLACE STRATEGY: hybrid-remote or in-office options available
