Sales Engineer - German Speaker

  • 01Work with Sales Teams and prospects on evaluation and adoption of Algolia solutions
  • 02Understand and qualify customer goals with KPIs and articulate Algolia’s ability to meet them
  • 03Assist in the Sales process including discovery, demos, Proofs of Concept, RFP responses and business justification
  • 04Develop custom search applications using Algolia ecosystem tools, frameworks and partners
  • 05Distill and advocate customer interests, needs and product feedback to Product and Engineering teams
  • 06Continuously learn industry trends in Search and Discovery and contribute to thought leadership
  • 07Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success teams for seamless post‑sales transition and onboarding

Требования

  • 01Fluent German language skills
  • 024+ years experience in a customer‑facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, consultant, PM) preferably in SaaS
  • 03Previous software development experience in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Objective‑C
  • 04Experience with data formats and data transformation
  • 05Strong oral and written communication skills
  • 06Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customers and switch contexts quickly
  • 07Experience working in high‑growth SaaS companies with $150‑300M+ ARR
