- 01Collaborating within your team to build new features that are targeted at our highest impact enterprise customers
- 02Contributing to platform scaling initiatives

- 04Attending agile ceremonies to help your team plan out their work and get it done

- 06Reviewing implementation plans and pull requests from your peers

Требования
- 014-6 years of professional software development experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
- 02Strong, hands-on full-stack engineering skills, with the ability to independently design, build, and ship production changes across frontend and backend systems
- 03Experience building and maintaining Node.js services that interface with distributed APIs, LLMs, or similar mixed-stack environments
- 04Hands-on experience with Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA), microservices, and involvement in monolith-to-services modernization or large-scale refactoring initiatives
- 05Proven ability to own features end-to-end, including technical discovery, design, implementation, testing, release, and ongoing maintenance
- 06Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex systems, identify root causes of issues, and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
- 07A commitment to writing clean, reliable, and maintainable code, with an emphasis on readability, simplicity, and performance
- 08Adaptability to new technologies, evolving architectural patterns, and changing organizational priorities
- 09Experience using AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) as productivity tools, with a clear understanding of generated code and the ability to defend implementation choices
- 10Availability for participation in an on-call rotation, ensuring timely and effective responses to critical production issues outside of regular working hours
- 11Authorized to work lawfully in the United States, as Calendly does not offer immigration sponsorship at this time

- 01Tier 1 Salary Hiring Range $187,680 — $227,424 USD
- 02Tier 2 Salary Hiring Range $172,040 — $208,472 USD
- 03Tier 3 Salary Hiring Range $156,400 — $189,520 USD
- 04Base salary is just one component of Calendly’s total rewards package
- 05All full-time (30 hours/week) employees are also eligible for our Top Performer Bonus program (or Sales incentive), equity awards, and competitive benefits
- 06This role may require occasional travel for company events, team collaboration, or offsites
