- 01Design and implement innovative solutions to empower Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- 02Provision and manage cloud resources

- 04Incubate new projects, streamline CI/CD, and ensure environments are secure, scalable, and reliable
- 05Lead end-to-end cloud infrastructure automation projects aligned to business requirements
- 06Design challenging, enterprise-grade automation architectures spanning multi-system integrations, event-driven workflows, and infrastructure provisioning pipelines
- 07Architect and implement cloud infrastructure for project incubation, including provisioning cloud accounts, deploying services, automating CI/CD pipelines, and enforcing security best practices
- 08Design and automate infrastructure-related processes to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability
- 09Partner closely with stakeholders across product, security, engineering, operations, and business leadership to translate needs into technical solutions
- 10Drive cross-functional project execution — anticipate risks early, remove blockers, and keep delivery moving without sacrificing scalability or quality
- 11Design, build and enhance tools for efficient management and monitoring of cloud services and resources
- 12Mentor and elevate peer engineers through design reviews, hands-on coaching, and knowledge transfer on complex cloud infrastructure topics
- 13Set the technical bar for the team by championing best practices in solution design, documentation, governance, and continuous learning
- 14Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and Workato features to enhance automation capabilities and infrastructure operations
Требования
- 017+ years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end automation and cloud infrastructure projects
- 02Demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycles: scoping, architecture, stakeholder alignment, delivery, and post-launch iteration
- 03Track record of delivering complex, multi-system integrations in cross-functional environments involving Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders
- 04Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) in real production environments, not just prototypes
- 05Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining automation solutions for cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar), including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and SDLC best practices
- 06Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, and security best practices
- 07Hands-on experience with iPaaS, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code integration platforms; Workato experience strongly preferred
- 08Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills — able to translate technical complexity for both engineering and business audiences
- 09Strong technical documentation skills for solutions, architectures, and operational processes
