Sr, Product Manager II - Gantt View (Hybrid in Bangalore)

- 01Define, prioritize, and drive the future roadmap for project management capabilities
- 02Own the end-to-end delivery of a new, scalable Gantt View experience
- 03Work in close partnership with design, engineering, user research, data science, and analytics teams to create, test, and launch new capabilities
- 04Leverage internal and external data to guide experimentation and make informed product decisions
- 05Regularly present product strategy, concepts, health metrics, and roadmap updates to senior leadership
- 06Operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, forming strong cross-team partnerships
Требования
- 017+ years of progressive product management experience, preferably in B2B/enterprise or scaled consumer software
- 02Proven experience partnering with engineering, design, user research, and marketing teams to deliver complex, scaled software products
- 03A technical degree or equivalent experience working closely with engineers to make product and technical decisions
- 04A strong, data-driven mentality with a focus on metrics, analytics, and experimentation
- 05Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- 06High-level interpersonal skills for building trusted, strategic cross-team partnerships
