01Help manage the Ocean P&L for your region through scaling volume and increasing yield
02Be the market expert and support the commercial organization with market-specific intelligence, trade idiosyncrasies, and directly interfacing with customer
03Help design Ocean FCL products and generate customized go-to-market strategies for customers
04Analyze the P&L and create reports for your regions
05Help with tenders and RFQs for your district to secure regional and global customers
06Interface with procurement and pricing teams to drive profitable business, identify growth opportunities, and capture market-specific knowledge
07Identify and drive improvement in go-to-market, operational, and financial processes
08Drive volume forecasting and allocation strategies for your region
09Participate in P&L reviews and book of business growth rhythms
10Partner with commercial teams to understand and translate customers’ growth potential and levers
11Drive financial health levers for your district including quoting, invoicing, and dispute escalation
12Build and maintain local relationships with our core ocean carriers

015+ years of prior Ocean Freight experience at a top freight forwarder or carrier or 5+ years of supply chain experience and a BA/BS Degree
02Mandatory experience in logistics pricing and procurement role
03Proficient English, French + Spanish or Italian mandatory
04Ability to dig out and interpret data
05Past P&L management experience preferred
