01Support safety programs and compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates
02Coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts in accordance with network count strategies
03Ensure compliance and consistency with SOX regulations
04Measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy while providing proactive feedback to the operations management team
05Review and analyze customer complaints and defect data
06Develop action plans to reduce future incidents
07Plan for and identify root causes of inventory deviation through cause and effect analysis
08Participate in and lead network-wide fulfillment and operations-focused quality initiatives
09Drive process improvements and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
10Lead and manage cross-functional continuous improvement projects
11Analyze data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and process metrics to identify areas for improvement
12Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices
13Actively contribute to the development and implementation of technology solutions
14Lead and manage a team of area managers and hourly associates in ICQA operations
15Drive team performance, employee development, and engagement
16Motivate and mentor team members

15Background in logistics, distribution or similar environment
16Previous Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Management experience
