- 01Partner with Product Management to define customer problems, strategy, and measurable outcomes across activation, engagement, and retention
- 02Collaborate with Data and Research to understand funnel drop-offs, behavior, retention drivers, and iterate based on learnings
- 03Drive the full design process for shipped experiences including scoping, sequencing work, prototyping, testing, and delivering improvements
- 04Translate regulatory/tax-driven requirements into clear flows, content, and UI patterns that build trust
- 05Craft compelling product narratives to align cross-functional stakeholders around problems, strategy, and tradeoffs
- 06Provide thoughtful critique and mentorship to design peers to raise the quality bar across the organization
- 07Champion the design system and contribute patterns/components that improve cohesion and quality
- 08Use AI to move quickly from concept to customer-tested artifact, building clickable, high-fidelity prototypes
