Senior Workday Analyst, Compensation & Benefits

Обязанности

  • 01Own and continuously enhance the Workday Benefits and Compensation module, ensuring scalable and efficient configuration
  • 02Design, build, test, and deploy Open Enrollment configurations end-to-end
  • 03Build, modify, and optimize custom Workday reports
  • 04Partner cross-functionally with Benefits, HR, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into Workday solutions
  • 05Scope and prioritize Workday releases
  • 06Partner with developers and vendors to enhance Workday integrations, troubleshoot issues, and improve benefits data flows
  • 07Review proposed system changes to identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization
  • 08Triage and configure Workday enhancements or fixes for HCM, Compensation, Payroll, and reporting
  • 09Partner with People Operations teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements for programs executed through Workday
  • 10Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices

  • 015+ years of professional experience working for fast-growing, global companies
  • 024+ years experience in Workday Benefits configuration
  • 032+ years experience configuring core HCM
  • 04Experience in Workday business process configuration, security, and organization configuration
  • 05Experience in Workday HCM, Benefits, and Core HCM modules in U.S. and International locations
  • 06Experience writing and completing test scenarios for system implementations and enhancements
  • 07Experience leading and configuring Compensation grids for the annual review process
  • 08Strong understanding of Benefits best practices, HR processes, and compliance
  • 09Experience documenting and analyzing requirements
  • 10Familiar with Agile methodologies and prioritization
  • 11Ability to prioritize workload and deliver enhancements or fixes on time without supervision
  • 12Provide accurate timelines, follow-up, and required documentation for change management
