- 01Own Workday HCM end-to-end: business processes, domain security, integrations, reporting
- 02Lead release planning, stay ahead of new features, and drive adoption across the business
- 03Drive implementation of new Workday capabilities
- 04Partner with People, Finance, Legal, and IT to translate business requirements into scoped, implementable solutions and see them through to delivery
- 05Support bi-annual compensation planning, Workday Absence, and Workday Benefits configuration and administration on an ongoing basis

- 015+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration
- 02Solid grasp of core HR processes: onboarding, compensation, performance, terminations, international employment, position management
- 03Strong project management instincts
- 04Comfortable with ambiguity
- 05Strong communicator
Условия
- 01Base salary range: $150,000 - $199,800 USD
- 02Opportunity to receive benefits, restricted stock units, and may include incentive compensation
