  • 01Develop high-performing creative for paid media campaigns across channels including paid social and display
  • 02Own creative output for performance programs, producing multiple concepts and variations designed for testing in market
  • 03Translate campaign objectives, messaging, and product value into clear, compelling, and channel-appropriate creative
  • 04Partner closely with Paid Media stakeholders to understand testing plans, performance data, and optimization opportunities
  • 05Continuously iterate on creative based on performance insights, refining and evolving ideas over time
  • 06Generate new creative directions informed by trends, competitive work, and emerging best practices
  • 07Balance speed and craft, delivering a high volume of quality work while maintaining brand consistency
  • 08Use AI tools to accelerate concept generation, variation development, and production workflows to increase the scale of creative testing

Требования

  • 014-6 years of experience in digital design, performance creative, or advertising, ideally within technology or agency environments
  • 02A strong portfolio demonstrating craft in paid media creative, including multiple variations and examples of iterative testing
  • 03Clear understanding of how creative performs across digital channels, including paid social and display
  • 04Ability to generate original ideas and translate them into effective, testable creative concepts
  • 05Strong visual craft with deep attention to hierarchy, clarity, and message communication
  • 06Experience using performance data and insights to inform creative decisions and improvements
  • 07Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • 08Experience with motion design is a plus

  • 04Estimated base salary range: $146,000 - $166,000
