Commercial Counsel - EMEA

Обязанности
- 01Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, with a primary focus on GTM/Sales transactions in EMEA, including enterprise customer contracts
- 02Partner with sales, business development, and operations teams to design and implement strategies that support high-growth go-to-market initiatives
- 03Monitor and interpret evolving European legal and regulatory developments, including data protection, technology, and AI-related frameworks, and apply this knowledge to contract drafting and risk assessment
- 04Develop, maintain, and localize contract templates, playbooks, and policies to reflect regional requirements and industry best practices
- 05Provide clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused legal advice to cross-functional teams, tailoring advice to enable responsible growth and innovation
- 06Contribute to scaling the Legal Team’s commercial function, fostering a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture
Требования
- 01Law degree and qualification to practice law in a relevant EMEA jurisdiction
- 025+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience (in-house experience in technology or SaaS strongly preferred)
- 03Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements
- 04Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection, and intellectual property
- 05Experience advising on privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border data transfer issues
- 06Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- 07Comfort in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- 08Curious about the future of AI and emerging technologies, have a strong sense of ownership with enthusiasm for applying your legal expertise to cutting-edge products
- 09Experienced in navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments, with the ability to manage ambiguity and make informed, timely decisions
- 10Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and global colleagues
- 11Proactive, business-minded, and committed to delivering practical solutions that support both compliance and commercial success
