Обязанности
- 01Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
- 02Work directly with technical contacts from enterprise customers and prospects to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
- 03Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate product value proposition
- 04Create technical enablement resources to improve sales team effectiveness and technical fluency
- 05Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently
- 06Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features and collaborate with product teams
Требования
- 01Passion about AI, technology and ElevenLabs products
- 02Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions and providing tailored support
- 03Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled
- 04Strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams
- 05Strong technical background to help customers architect integration between solutions and their existing systems
- 06Experience working with customers (including student clubs or side projects)
- 07Proficiency in Python, including deep understanding of software development, architecture, and integration patterns
- 08Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
- 09Multi-lingual: Mandarin/English
