Customer Success - Central Eastern Europe

Обязанности
- 01Partners directly with enterprise customers across Central and Eastern Europe deploying multiple use cases leveraging the ElevenLabs platform
- 02Drives adoption of the ElevenLabs platform spanning core speech models, creative tools, and Agents
- 03Administers onboarding and enablement tactics across multiple products
- 04Advises on best practices for deploying ElevenLabs across web, mobile, and backend systems
- 05Analyzes product usage and performance signals to identify friction points, unblock adoption, and help customers realize measurable value
- 06Owns commercial outcomes across a defined set of accounts
- 07Identifies expansion opportunities, drives renewals and upsells
- 08Partners closely with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership to turn technical success into durable revenue growth
Требования
- 017+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the CEE region
- 02Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities along with renewals
- 03Strong understanding of the CEE market landscape and cultural nuances
- 04Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents
- 05Familiarity and experience with API Integrations, and comfort and knowledge of navigating SDKs
- 06Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns
- 07Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of an organization
- 08Strong builder mindset, passionate about identifying problems and proactively coming up with solutions, especially when it increases efficiency and speed via AI tools
- 09Fluent in Polish and English
