- 01Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executive(s) in your designated territory
- 02Coach junior Solutions Architects and teams on use case prioritization and building technical champions
- 03Influence stakeholders at all levels through complex engagements with the wider cloud ecosystem and 3rd-party applications, ensuring excitement about the Databricks vision and solution strategy
- 04Operate as an expert solutions architect and trusted advisor for significant data analytics architecture, design, and adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
- 05Contribute to Databricks' technical community engagement by developing customer-facing collateral and leading workshops, seminars, and meet-ups
- 06Continue professional development in one of four tracks: technical specialization, industry vertical thought leadership, strategic customer vision, or people management
- 07Demonstrate how the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform helps customers solve complex data challenges
- 08Work with a collaborative, customer-focused team to create customized solutions that help customers achieve their goals
Требования
- 01Ability to engage in complex customer interactions and manage the sales lifecycle in a technical pre-sales capacity
- 02Ability to influence decision-makers and C-level executives by building relationships and orchestrating teams for long-term customer success
- 03Prior experience coding in a core programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Scala) and willingness to learn basic Spark
- 04Hands-on expertise with complex proofs-of-concept and public cloud platforms, able to demonstrate the art of the possible using a modern coding platform
- 05Ability to provide technical solutions for specialized customer needs and navigate a competitive landscape
- 06Prior expertise in the regulated FSI vertical is an advantage
- 07Fluent in English
- 08Fluent in German is a plus
