- 01Form successful relationships with clients throughout assigned territory to provide technical and business value
- 02Gain excitement from clients about Databricks through hands-on evaluation and Spark programming
- 03Integrate with the wider cloud ecosystem and 3rd party applications
- 04Contribute to building Databricks technical community through engagement at workshops, seminars, and meet-ups
- 05Become a Big Data Analytics advisor on aspects of architecture and design
- 06Support customers by authoring reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications
- 07Develop technically and in pre-sales aspect to become independently operating Solutions Architect

- 01Familiarity working with clients, creating a narrative, answering customer questions
- 02Ability to align agenda with important interests and achieve tangible outcomes
- 03Ability to independently deliver technical proposition and identify customers' pain-points
- 04Explain important areas for business value to develop trusted advisor skillset
- 05Code in a core programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala
- 06Knowledgeable in core Big Data Analytics domain
- 07Exposure to advanced proofs-of-concept
- 08Understanding of major public cloud platform
- 09Experience in solution architecture and design
