- 01Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to accelerate adoption of the Databricks platform
- 02Ensure customer success by increasing technical accountability for complex customers
- 03Lead post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plan for Databricks use cases
- 04Be the accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers across multiple selling teams
- 05Engage with Solutions Architects to understand full use case demand plans
- 06Create and execute a point-of-view for accelerating use cases into production
- 07Coordinate with Professional Services resources on delivery of PS Engagement proposals
- 08Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering teams for new product innovations
- 09Develop an execution plan covering all customer-facing technical roles and teams
- 10Provide internal and external updates on usage and customer health
- 11Conduct open-ended discovery workshops, create strategic roadmaps, and manage complex programs/projects
Требования
- 017+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery within Data and AI domain
- 02Program or project management experience including account, stakeholder, and resource management
- 03Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives
- 04Track record of overachievement against quota or similar objectives
- 05Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience

- 03Pay range: $219,100 — $301,300 USD
