Delivery Solutions Architect - Healthcare & Life Sciences

- 01Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to accelerate adoption and growth of the Databricks platform
- 02Ensure customer success by increasing focus and technical accountability to complex customers
- 03Help customers maximize value from Databricks platform and return on investment
- 04Engage with Solutions Architects to understand full use case demand plan for prioritized customers
- 05Lead post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plan for Databricks use cases
- 06Be the accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers across multiple selling teams
- 07Be the first contact for any technical issues or questions related to production/go-live status of agreed-upon use cases
- 08Leverage Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding/Technical Services and Support resources to build tasks beyond your scope
- 09Create and execute a point-of-view for accelerating key use cases into production
- 10Coordinate with Professional Services (PS) resources on the delivery of PS Engagement proposals
- 11Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering teams for new product innovations and private previews
- 12Develop an execution plan covering all activities of customer-facing technical roles and teams
- 13Provide internal and external updates on usage status, customer health, investment status, important risks, product adoption and use case progression
Требования
- 015+ years of experience in accountable technical project/program delivery within Data and AI domain
- 02Program or project management including account, stakeholder and resource management accountability
- 03Experience resolving complex and important escalations with senior customer executives
- 04Experience conducting open-ended discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, conducting business analysis and managing delivery of complex programs/projects
- 05Track record of overachievement against quota, Goals or similar objective targets
- 06Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience through work experience

- 03Pay range: $180,000 — $247,500 USD
- 04Total compensation package may include annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits
