- 01Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to accelerate adoption and growth of the Databricks platform
- 02Lead post‑sale technical engagement across all Databricks products for strategic accounts
- 03Develop and execute technical account strategies, onboarding, enablement, and go‑live plans
- 04Serve as first technical contact for production issues and coordinate with shared services and support
- 05Create point‑of‑view and execution plans for accelerating key use cases into production
- 06Navigate product and engineering teams for new innovations, private previews, and upgrades
- 07Provide internal and external KPI reporting on usage, health, risks, and adoption
- 08Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand and prioritize customers
Требования
- 015+ years of experience delivering technical projects/programs in Data and AI
- 02Experience in customer‑facing pre‑sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles
- 03Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
- 04Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems
- 05Ability to translate business value into project deliverables
- 06Technical program or project management with stakeholder and resource accountability
- 07Experience handling complex escalations with senior customer executives
- 08Proven track record of over‑achievement against quota or goals
- 09Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed
