  • 01Design, execute, and analyze experiments to measure feature impact and guide product iterations
  • 02Leverage causal methods when traditional randomized trials aren't available
  • 03Design and build self-service analytics tools and dashboards for product and business teams
  • 04Partner with international product and regional GMs to translate local business questions into analytical frameworks
  • 05Develop and maintain measurement infrastructure for local incentive programs
  • 06Identify and size new growth opportunities across international markets using internal and external data
  • 07Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research teams to scope and deliver data and tooling needs

Требования

  • 018+ years of experience in product data science or analytics
  • 02Experience within a marketplace, e-commerce, or global consumer technology environment
  • 03Expert-level SQL skills
  • 04Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, modeling, and analysis
  • 05Industry experience applying AI technologies for business growth and workflow acceleration
  • 06Strong experimentation background in A/B testing, causal inference, and incrementality measurement
  • 07Demonstrated experience building self-service data products and tools for non-technical stakeholders
  • 08Experience working in or supporting international / multi-market business contexts
  • 09Exceptional ability to translate analytical findings into clear narratives for senior audiences
  • 10Proven track record of operating autonomously in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • 11Collaborative, low-ego working style with a focus on enabling others
