Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics, Fraud & Safety Operations

- 01Lead a dispersed team of advanced analysts to develop self‑serve decision systems for safety, fraud, policy, ops, legal, product and engineering
- 02Own end‑to‑end analytical workflows for platform safety controls, including data ingestion, feature engineering, modeling, experimentation and visualization
- 03Co‑own and drive the enterprise‑wide Safety Single Source of Truth (SSoT) strategy and taxonomy
- 04Build self‑service data tools for non‑technical teams to run what‑if analyses and generate actionable outcomes
- 05Create narratives, dashboards and executive‑level presentations to surface insights
- 06Lead incident “war rooms”, provide fast actionable insights during high‑severity events and support policy design
- 07Partner with policy, product, engineering, fraud and safety ops, and legal to align analytics with global safety and privacy regulations
- 08Operationalize frameworks to assess platform, reputational and regulatory impact of safety incidents
Требования
- 018+ years of experience in analytics, risk or safety
- 023+ years of experience leading high‑performing teams
- 03Proven ownership of large‑scale data products or taxonomies in a regulated environment
- 04Strong SQL and data‑modeling expertise
- 05Experience with experimentation design and familiarity with Python or R
- 06Working knowledge of machine‑learning pipelines
- 07Deep understanding of measuring rare platform events with statistical rigor
- 08Knowledge of user authentication, connected‑account vectors and circumvention tactics
- 09Familiarity with global privacy and data‑protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, etc.)
- 10Experience in incident impact scoping, post‑incident analytics and scenario planning
- 11Excellent storytelling and communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences
- 12Statistical or quantitative graduate degree (MS/PhD) is a plus
- 13Prior experience in marketplace, fintech or travel/hospitality technology is a plus
- 14Experience with real‑time decision engines, graph analytics and anomaly‑detection frameworks is a plus
