Senior Platform Manager, Defense Platform

- 01Define and deliver a compelling product vision and roadmap for Anti-Discrimination and Equity products
- 02Lead a cross-functional group of engineers, data scientists, designers, operations experts, policy leaders, and product partners to drive alignment, execution, and measurable impact
- 03Manage the product backlog and prioritization process, balancing business value, risk reduction, and user experience
- 04Establish clear goals, metrics, and success criteria in partnership with Anti-Discrimination and Equity and cross-functional leadership
- 05Communicate strategy, progress, and insights effectively to stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership
- 06Leverage data-driven experimentation and measurement frameworks to continuously improve scaled platform products and decision systems
- 07Collaborate closely with teams across Tech, Global Operations, Policy, Product, Legal, Reputation, and Shared Services to ensure alignment, manage dependencies, and streamline execution
Требования
- 018+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform, anti-discrimination & equity, trust & safety, or risk domains
- 02Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- 03Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a strong bias toward data-informed decision-making
- 04Experience driving hypothesis-based product development and iterative learning
- 05Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- 06Proven success influencing without authority and driving alignment across global, cross-functional teams
- 07Passion for and experience in developing technologies and products that are inclusive in nature
- 08Background or experience working in anti-discrimination, equity, or inclusion is a plus

- 03Pay Range $179,000 — $207,000 USD
- 04Eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits
