01Lead the Financial Close: Manage the end-to-end monthly close of US GAAP books, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
02Manage Reporting Deliverables: Oversee the preparation and submission of comprehensive regulatory and financial reporting
03Own the Statutory Audit Process: Lead financial statement preparation, audit support, and technical documentation, culminating in presentations to the Board of Directors
04Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Proactively monitor and adapt to changes in global accounting and tax regulations to maintain strict compliance
05Oversee & support preparation of direct and indirect tax returns
06Develop the Team: Mentor, guide, and manage the professional progression of a high-performing controllership team
07Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Tax, Transfer Pricing, Treasury, Finance and Strategy, and Legal teams on diverse strategic projects
08Act as a Business Partner: Develop a deep understanding of the Company’s transactions and contracts to properly advise cross-functional teams
09Manage External Partners: Oversee and optimize our relationships with finance outsourcing vendors and auditors
10Provide Technical Expertise: Maintain fluency in US GAAP and IFRS/FRS102, researching complex issues and producing clear technical accounting memos
11Champion AI Adoption: Act as an innovation leader by evaluating, recommending, and implementing AI solutions to drive measurable process improvements across teams

01Active ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional certification
0210+ years of progressive accounting or audit experience
03Big 4, payments, financial services, or tech industry experience highly preferred
04Demonstrated technical expertise and practical application of IFRS, FRS 102, and US GAAP
05Proven experience managing large-scale statutory audits involving central and local teams, as well as overseeing tax filings
06Strong proficiency with enterprise accounting systems (Oracle or similar) highly preferred
07Demonstrated success in leading and delivering cross-functional initiatives
08A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment and is highly comfortable pivoting alongside changing business requirements
09Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
10A team-oriented mindset with the ability to partner and communicate effectively across diverse internal teams
