  • 01Partner and drive strategy and execution plan for the segment with cross functional partners
  • 02Recruit, hire, lead, retain and coach a world class pre‑sales team
  • 03Advocate for pre‑sales within the organization
  • 04Align with business line leader to understand trends and share insights for Stripe leadership and product teams
  • 05Nurture a positive outlook, can‑do attitude and growth mindset while keeping SAs motivated
  • 06Define and drive success for the team by empowering upsells and cross‑sell motions
  • 07Partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Technical Teams to develop joint go‑to‑market initiatives
  • 08Engage with executives, establish strong relationships with key decision makers and act as executive champion
  • 09Maintain strong internal relationships with product teams and champion user voice to influence product direction
  • 10Drive collaboration across teams to unify stakeholders and influence outcomes
  • 11Lead and support the team in complex evaluations, problem solving and challenging customer environments
  • 12Build processes to measure performance and impact of the Solutions Architecture Team
  • 13Stay current on industry trends and competitive dynamics to shape engagement strategy
  • 14Represent Stripe at industry events, conferences and customer business reviews
  • 15Act as escalation point for pre‑sales and post‑sales technical issues

Требования

  • 01At least 3+ years of pre‑sales leadership experience
  • 0210+ years of experience within a technical sales function
  • 03Track record of building and leading world‑class solution architecture/engineering teams, ideally in SaaS or usage‑based businesses
  • 04Experience working with Enterprise, Digital Native, SaaS Platform business models
  • 05Technical sales experience with APIs and/or payments industry
  • 06Strong executive presence and ability to foster deep relationships with users
  • 07Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
  • 08Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
