01Own and Scale the Business: Act as the general manager of Cloudflare One business unit, with full accountability for global GTM strategy, execution, and P&L performance
02Define the Market Strategy: Craft and execute a bold, differentiated strategy to establish Cloudflare as the world's leading SASE and Zero Trust platform
03Build a World-Class Leadership Team: Recruit, develop, and lead a global organization across sales, solution engineering, success, operations, and GTM strategy
04Drive Operational Excellence: Establish and manage a high-velocity operating cadence, including forecasting, pipeline management, QBRs, and executive-level reporting
05Champion the Partner-First Motion: Drive growth through deep collaboration with Cloudflare's partner ecosystem
06Be the Voice of the Field: Serve as the bridge between the market and the business
07Lead the AI Security Motion: Own Cloudflare's GTM for AI-native enterprises
08Evangelize the Vision: Represent Cloudflare One as an executive spokesperson with customers, partners, industry analysts, and at major events

0115+ years leading large-scale enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity businesses
02Prior GM or P&L ownership experience
03Deep understanding of cybersecurity, networking, and cloud ecosystems
04Proven record of building and scaling partner-led GTM models and ecosystem-driven growth strategies
05Track record of winning against entrenched security incumbents in enterprise accounts
06Specific fluency in the SASE competitive landscape
07Working understanding of how enterprises are deploying AI infrastructure and the security, connectivity, and observability requirements
08Demonstrated ability to design and execute rigorous operating frameworks
09Known for building high-performance global teams and cultivating cultures of excellence, collaboration, and inclusion
10Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
