Обязанности

01Anticipate opportunities for innovation and value in reusable, composable AI capabilities
02Envision and deliver a long-term vision for Skills, collaboration, artifact generation, and Projects
03Understand the levers for capability discovery, adoption, reuse, sharing, and ecosystem growth
04Work closely with engineering and design to align product expectations with model, tool, and platform capabilities
05Work with research to evaluate and steer nondeterministic models, tools, and agents into high-value outcomes for users
06Have conviction to make difficult product decisions in the face of uncertainty
07Develop a deep understanding of how individuals and teams create, customize, collaborate, and build repeatable workflows with AI
08Make complex AI behavior understandable and controllable through clear interaction models, thoughtful defaults, permissions, and well-designed feedback
09Drive alignment when capabilities span Computer, Search, Projects, artifacts, connectors, or multiple teams
10Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, progress, and learnings clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners

01Strong experience with product management and leadership
02Strong experience working with data and metrics
03Experience building AI-native productivity, collaboration, platform, or developer-facing products
04Experience with agentic systems, tool use, evaluations, extensibility, or workflow orchestration
05Experience with rapid prototyping and designing systems that produce high-quality artifacts
06Experience building data-driven flywheels for iterative improvement
07Thrives in a small, agile team: has initiative and desire for ownership
