Обязанности
- 01Identify the highest-leverage user problems, translate them into clear product direction, and partner closely with design, engineering, data science, and research to deliver experiences that feel fast, intuitive, cohesive, and dependable
- 02Anticipate opportunities for innovation and value in enterprise industries
- 03Envision new experiences and deliver a long-term vision
- 04Understanding of levers for product-led growth and retention
- 05Work closely with engineering and design to align product expectations and capabilities
- 06Work with research to evaluate and steer nondeterministic models into the high value outcomes for users
- 07Have conviction to make difficult product decisions in the face of uncertainty
- 08Develop a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and friction through direct product use, qualitative research, product data, and experimentation
- 09Make complex AI behavior understandable and controllable through clear interaction models, thoughtful defaults, and well-designed feedback
- 10Drive alignment when improvements span multiple product surfaces, platforms, or teams
- 11Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, progress, and learnings clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners

- 074+ years of product management experience
