Обязанности
- 01Build and ship features across ELO’s config, experimentation, and segmentation surfaces — backend services and the creator-hub UI
- 02Own projects end-to-end (spec → launch) with support from senior/principal engineers on the team
- 03Partner with PM, design, DSA/Discovery, and Data Platform to deliver high-quality, well-instrumented features
- 04Participate in code reviews, share knowledge with teammates, and take part in the team’s on-call rotation
Требования
- 015+ years building and shipping production software, with strong CS fundamentals
- 02You hold a BS in Computer Science or have equivalent practical experience
- 03Experience with experimentation / A-B testing or feature-flag / config platforms
- 04Exposure to real-time or large-scale data pipelines (e.g., Druid, Kafka)
- 05Backend experience in Go and/or C#/.NET
- 06Frontend in React/TypeScript
- 07Built creator- or developer-facing products

- 01Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday
