Обязанности
- 01Build and ship features across ELO's config, experimentation, and segmentation surfaces, backend services and the creator-hub UI
- 02Own projects end-to-end (spec to launch) with support from senior/principal engineers on the team
- 03Partner with PM, design, DSA/Discovery, and Data Platform to deliver high-quality, well-instrumented features
- 04Participate in code reviews, share knowledge with teammates, and take part in the team's on-call rotation
Требования
- 01Engineer with 1-3 years of experience building software systems (industry experience)
- 02Full-stack-comfortable: can move between backend services and a web frontend (TypeScript/React)
- 03A finisher: take features from spec through launch with guidance from senior teammates
- 04Pragmatic & collaborative: communicate clearly, ask good questions, and low-ego about code and feedback
- 05Curious: stay current and like understanding why a system behaves the way it does
