Обязанности

01Serving as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in assigned territory
02Developing a deep understanding of customers' goals and objectives, and articulating how our offerings address their needs
03Creating and owning value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations
04Actively participating in all phases of planning and execution for territory, from initial discovery to technical win
05Developing and maintaining deep understanding of Elastic products and solutions to demonstrate value in sales meetings and events
06Advising sales team on effective ways of positioning Elastic products, solutions and services
07Onboarding, educating and enabling partners, and supporting them in sales cycles
08Creating collateral, contributing to programs and collaborating with other Elasticians to meet client needs
09Being the voice of customer and community to communicate needs, gaps, and enhancements to engineering and leadership teams

01Track record of success in technical presales role within Enterprise Sector
02Demonstrable ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms, software and technologies
03Real passion for being curious and continuous learner
04History of successful customer relations developing understanding of what made difference and devising architectures
05Ability to influence and convince teams of ideas, technologies, or architectural patterns
06Ability to inspire groups both large and small
07Willingness to travel 30% within region and occasionally internationally
