Обязанности
- 01Lead product design end to end, including research, product definition, prototypes, design reviews, specs, and final implementation
- 02Work directly with engineering and product to frame problems, explore solutions, and ship quickly
- 03Collaborate with customers to understand their workflows, validate ideas, and test prototypes
- 04Push the visual and interaction quality of the Baseten product across surfaces
- 05Create interactions and details that make complex technical workflows feel clear, fast, and polished
- 06Evolve our design system and establish patterns that scale across a growing product
- 07Look across the product for opportunities to improve consistency, usability, and overall quality
- 08Get into the code with engineers to polish UI and make sure the shipped experience matches the design
- 09Help shape how the design team works and raise the bar for product quality across the company
Требования
- 01A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual and interaction design
- 02Experience designing complex, technical, or developer-focused products
- 03Ability to take an ambiguous problem, understand the underlying customer need, explore multiple approaches, and drive to a strong solution
- 04Deep attention to typography, layout, hierarchy, interaction, and systems
- 05Experience working directly with engineers and customers, without layers of process in between
- 06A fast, prototype-early working style that uses what you learn to iterate
- 07Ability to think beyond individual features and improve patterns and systems across a product
- 08Comfort with technical tools like Git and VS Code, and interest in working directly in React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- 09Strong product and design judgment, with the ability to articulate why something is good, what could be better, and when the work is ready to ship
