Обязанности
- 01Build a deep understanding of how developers actually use LangChain's products through interviews and feedback sessions so your design decisions are grounded in real behavior and address user needs
- 02Own the full design arc on your features — from early concepts to polished, shipped work
- 03Work across a range of product areas and design initiatives as priorities shift
- 04Collaborate closely with product, engineering and other key stakeholders to ship new features quickly
Требования
- 013+ years of fullstack product design experience ideally working on developer tools, AI, or complex SaaS products
- 02Sharp eye for detail, with a strong foundation across user-centered design, interaction design, and visual craft
- 03A track record of solving hard interaction design problems, particularly around dense technical data
- 04Data-driven decision making - you are comfortable driving user research, both with internal stakeholders and external customers, and using what you learn to inform your designs
- 05You take initiative and ownership of tasks end-to-end
- 06Strong technical acumen - you collaborate effectively with engineers to design things that are both well-crafted and feasible
- 07Start-up DNA - you thrive in fast-paced, highly dynamic environments
Условия
- 01Annual salary range: $145,000-$185,000
